Floating House – Custom Built Floating Home – Named “Summer Kamp” This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own this floating home on Broad Creek, which accesses the Pamlico River in Washington, NC. From inside or relaxing upon the lower level and upper level decks, bear witness to the serene, unobstructed, million-dollar views that this area has to offer from its 20′ by 50′ dimensions (YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS VIEW!!!). The top deck serves as a lounging area with a large round table that easily accomodates 8 diners, under a shade canopy, a capopied- bar area with four barstools and a seat for the bartender, a couple of lounging chairs, a picnic table, 2 adirondak chairs, a grill, and a covered swing. A breakfast bar supports 3 barstools, and a fourth stool is included to round the corner for the chef. There is also a window above the sink. In the open living area, there is a glass table with 4 chairs for dining, playing cards/games. Another conversation area, also ideal for reading, has 2 upholstered chairs, each with a footstool to promote the relaxing atmosphere. There is a bar set-up area, and finally a Television viewing area with a Queen sleeper-sofa and huge coffee table the has a ton of storage. The armoir has a large television with a dvd player, stereo, and electric fireplace. A second, smaller commercial Snaple refrigerator is located in this common area for keeping all beverages cool (and it can hold a ton of soda cans!!)
