This is possibly Westerly at the top of their game, and reminds us why many Westerlys are still so sought after. She’s spacious, a good performer and solidly constructed. Adding to this successful formula, this particular boat has benefited from two diligent owners who between them have delivered an impressive list of updates and improvements, as well as all the essential maintenance items. The Seahawk also offers a good turn of speed under sail, is easily handled, and is very manoeuvrable under engine, making her a safe and stable family cruiser. Internally, the accommodation rivals that on much larger yachts, with her spacious owner’s aft cabin, a well arranged saloon, a double forecabin, an excellent galley and good standing headroom. Overall, you’ll struggle to find a better example of this model, which was one of Westerly’s finest.
