YIA SOU, 104′ Cheoy Lee Long Range Tri-Deck M/Y 1989/2000 Classic Hargrave styling and fine condition make YIA SOU very desirable. She is also one of the best values on the market. She has five guest staterooms, 2400 mile range at 10 knots. She has shining Awlgrip paint. Five staterooms with master on deck. All teak interior. YIA SOU had a major refit in 2000. This included a complete bottom peel, then 3 layers of blister protect epoxy were applied and 2 coats of new paint. The transom was changed from cockpit to Euro Style with an integrated swim platform. The aft deck roof was extended. New flooring in galley, hall and wheelhouse. New teak decks from Teak Decking Systems. Complete Awlgrip and super structure paint. An excess of half a million dollars was spend on her refit.
