This Jersey 42′ Sport Fish is a very clean meticulously maintained vessel. The owner has taken very good care of this Yacht, its Engines and Transmissions have been “Rebuilt” with Low Hours (around 100 hrs). This SportFish is Turn Key and ready to catch the big ones. This 42′ Jersey Conv. has the desirable two staterooms, galley down layout.  This is a classic East Coast Sport Fishing Boat with a sweeping sheerline, greatly flared bow and large fishing cockpit, measuring 15’8″ beam, there is a lot of room and features for a 42′ vessel. A sturdy and well built boat with a graceful profile, the Jersey 42 is certainly one of the better looking convertibles in her size range. She’s built on a beamy solid fiberglass hull with modest transom deadrise, and her relatively flat after sections make the 42 a quick boat to accelerate out of the hole. While most of the convertibles of this era have a glassed-in windshield, it’s notable that the Jersey 42 retained a laminated-glass windshield which makes the salon seem airy and quite open. Throughout, the interior of the Jersey 42 is fully paneled with well crafted teak woodwork and cabinetry. The cockpit, partially shaded by a flybridge overhang, is very spacious and comes with a molded tackle center, transom door, and cockpit coaming. Additional features include a large flybridge (new enclosure) with seating forward of the helm, wide sidedecks and a bow pulpit.   Vessel WalkthroughFrom the large 114 sqft. Cockpit you enter the salon through a teak framed sliding door on the stbd. side. Here, you find an open and bright interior with windows all around. Two stateroom, Two head, galley down model.
