Timeless designs never fall out of fashion. This upscale, versatile convertible is a knockout that works equally well as a cruiser or sportfish. This is the two cabin model with the galley up. The owners stateroom offers an island queen, the side cabin has two single berths, plus there’s additional accommodation in the main saloon. The interior is impressive with glistening woodwork, excellent use of space, loads of storage – it’s a bright, welcoming, and comfortable place. Full galley with all the appointments, a head with a separate shower stall, built in vacuum, and electric baseboard heat round out the interior amenities. The 2009 re-commissioning included fresh white Awlgrip on the hull and superstructure plus new plush navy blue interior carpeting. Machinery includes twin low hours 3208 Cats and a 5kW Westerbeke genset. Like the rest of the boat the machinery space is spotless. On the electronics front: radar, GPS/plotter with a laptop and Nobeltech software, VHF, and colour depth sounder, 30 amp shore power, and a 500W inverter. “The Ocean” is at our docks in Sidney and available to view.
