Powerbooat Guide notes that clean lines, a roomy interior (it’s a beamy boat, with a full size dinette instead of a second stateroom) and an attractive price made the Silverton 37 Convertible one of the most popular boats in her class throughout the 1980s. These same factors have ensured that it remains popular on the brokerage market today, and this particular example, built the final year of the decade-long production run, is absolutely pristine. She’s had only two owners since new and is a lightly used local example that has had the interior completely updated with tasteful new carpets, upholstery and curtains–JUST hauled in May 2011, bottom painted and buffed and waxed, she shows MUCH newer than her actual age inside and out. Note flawless gelcoat, fully enclosed flybridge (all new enclosure in May 2011), low time (just 533 total hours) on professionally maintained 454 Crusaders (last serviced May 2010), a $7,000 A/V stereo system, much more.
