Accommodation  : 5 berths in 3 cabins.  Aft is the master cabin with island bed fitted with a nearly new specialist mattress, double wardrobes and plenty of storage. Forward of this are the heads with a basin and electric sea toilet set to starboard and a basin and shower set to port.  Steps lead up to a very spacious      saloon which is light and airy and has woodblock flooring, the engine room is beneath this.  There is a large fitted upholstered settee with a table and again plenty of storage.  The inner helm is to port.  Steps lead down to the galley with a 4 ring gas hob, microwave and fridge, double stainless steel sinks and worktops.  Opposite is the dinette which also makes up to a double bed.  In the bow is a childs fitted bed.  Steps lead from the saloon to the upper helm.  This is a lovely big space with plenty of room for table and chairs and entertaining.  The decks and gunwhales are teak decked and the gunwhales are easy to walk round with stainless steel   railings and there is a full canopy over the upper helm which is in good condition.    Inventory : Shore power, 1200w inverter, battery charger, echo sounder, VHF radio  solar panel, Webasto heating with radiators, electric anchor winch with remote deck control, hot and cold shower taps on bathing platform, detachable radar arch, 850w portable petrol generator, 2.5 hp outboard.    Magdalena was re painted and antifouled in 2011 with new anodes in 2010, new engine and bow thruster  batteries in 2011.She will be getting a new Boat Safety Certificate. The engine was factoty re-conditioned in 2002 and has done aproximatly 1200hrs since and was last serviced in 2009 and has less than 200hrs since..New propellor and shaft in 2007. New atomatic bilge pumps in 2008.   This large Dutch Steel cruiser is a lovely spacious boat, ideal for a family, extended cruising or cruising on the continent
