All lines lead to the cockpit area, taking the “work” out of sailing and putting the fun back in! Powered by Yamaha 2005 T9.9-2D High thrust outboards in their own compartments and can be hydraulically tilted up, out of the way for fast sailing.In 2007 hulls were shaved, fiber glassed, barrier coated and all of boat repainted from hulls to topsides; this is a fast and fun performance cat unlike many on the market. With sharp wave piercing bows, she is comfortable at sea with little or no hobby-horsing and very little wave slap due to the high center bridge deck clearance. Lots of storage and large roomy decks for sunning and sail handling. With a shallow draft of 18″ you can gunk hole, run up on the beach, or anchor in safer areas. Or drop the board to 5′ for great sailing and control. This boat has been fresh water kept and only seen saltwater on our cruises (kept near Lake Okeechobee). Very economical when motoring and great control with the widely spaced twin engines.
