This in 1991 build Hatteras 40DC with fly bridge is powered with twin Caterpillar 370 hp engines and a bow thruster for easy manoeuvring. Fully equipped with reversible air-conditioning, solar panels, inverter, generator and water maker which make her a perfect live aboard with all facilities of a home. Full safety equipped with Epirb and life raft. Navigation includes radar, GPS, autopilot, plotter, Navtex and weatherman. Both time and money has been lavished on her upkeep ensuring the boat to be in A1 condition all the time. There is a swinging mooring in the bay of Puerto Andratx, Mallorca available as well.
