NEW LISTING on a well kept TARTAN 3500. Traditonally styled performance cruiser, this Tartan 3500 has lots of extras. A 1993 model, commissioned in 1994, this Tartan is equipped with Harken furling and Harken Lazy Jacks, Autohelm 4000 autopilot, Raytheon ST-50 Depth-Speed-Wind-GPS instruments with a repeater in the nav station. Sails include a full battened mainsail, 130 Genoa, Flasher. Other equipment includes Custom Fairclough winter cover with frame, New Dodger and sail cover 2008.  “Cairdeas”is built for all the adventures you have in mind offering her next owner safe, secure passages for years to come. She was built by Tartan Marine in 1993 and is designed to have offshore capabilities as a pleasure cruiser. The interior of the vessel consists of a main cabin, v-berth, settee berths, quarter berth, full galley, and head. Her cabin sole is teak and holly and the majority of the interior finishes are oiled teak. She has overnight accommodations for six and ample storage room. She has one head and a USCG approved holding and discharge system. The vessel has a full galley with gas stove/oven, sink, and refrigeration. Her water supply is fed from two tanks totaling 72 gallons. The system is pressurized in the head and galley by a 12-volt pressure actuated pump. The vessel is also equipped with a hot water heater, which can be heated with 115v AC element in the tank or by circulating hot water from the engine. The main construction material in her hull and deck is cored fiberglass. In addition to the sails, a 27 H.P. Fresh Water Cooled Yanmar Diesel engine with only 844 hours powers the vessel.
