‘The Getaway’ has numerous recent upgrades and is in fabulous condition, she has been professionally maintained and lightly used, spending most of her sailing days in the Chesapeake Bay. Upgrades over the past 4 years have exceeded $75 000.   New installations in that time include new Dinghy davits, rub rails, CruiseAir A/C, 2 Raymarine E80’s, Radar in a Navpod , Lewmar electric windlass, running rigging (including lines, blocks, rope clutches & shackles), Vacuflush head, 2 transom cleats, rode and chain on the primary anchor, cockpit cushions, interior upholstery & foam, Jensen CD/stereo system with XM receiver, flat screen TV, fridge and A/C pumps; new brass reading lights, fans, s/s cabinet pulls in the head.      The Perkins engine has only 930 hours of use and has had a new starter motor, engine mounts, riser, exhaust, raw water pump, racor and fuel plumbing.
