This boat is based on the Bruce Farr 45 cruising boat. The design was modified by raising the free board and extending the stern to incorporate an aft cockpit with separate access to the master cabin. This boat was built by the well renowned New Zealand boat builder Chris Robertson in his New Zealand boat yard in and displays all the quality construction techniques that New Zealand boat builders are famous for. The owner of the yard originally built her as their family boat but sold her on completion. White painted surfaces and open spaces to give her that light and airy feel. She has 2 meter headroom through out the boat and only reducing down to 1.9 in one place. She has 2.05 meters under the hard dodger. You could call it a pilot house.
