The first few pics are more recent with the new upholstery just installed. We are just finished with the job but it is looking good. Just in 1995 Landau 20′ pontoon with a Suzuki 55 with tilt and trim. The Suzuki is very fuel efficient and is known to be a dependable model line. The 55 horse power is plenty to pull water sports or run away from bad weather. The boat needs to have all of the seats re upholstered. The pictures were taken both when it first came in and again after it was washed. Both the before clean up and after clean up pics are posted. It will be more thoroughly cleaned after it is re upholsterd. We are having the seats all reupholstered. It is a solid straight boat of good quality with a great outboard. The pontoons are in great shape. They are foam filled and will not sink. Also they have a huge rating because they are bigger and displace more water than most round pontoons. When you compress a round pontoon into the water it displaces a greater and greater amount of water until it is half submerged then it displaces a lesser and lesser amount of water as it is submerged. Water displacement is what the coast guard uses for rating a boats carrying capacity. This boat has u shaped big pontoons that displaces a large amount of water that is the same displacement ratio as it is submerged from the bottom to the top of the pontoon. Plus they are foam filled. Additionally the u shaped pontoon is more securely fastened to the deck of the boat than a round can with uprights welded on to it to hold it to the deck. The pontoons are also bottom painted. That makes it ok to leave in the water if you want to. The plywood deck is all bright colored with no dark spots which indicate rot so the deck is in great shape. The carpet is in good shape as well. The boat seating is plush and it has some nice amenities like the wet bar and cocktail table. The boat is set up for all pleasure but could serve to fish as well. The bimini top is in pretty good condition as well. All of the panels are straight and there seem to be no missing parts. We can sell it like it is for $2900 or we will re upholster it and need $4900. I have a used trailer for $600 or a new trailer at $1550 which is dealer cost if you purchase the boat.
