This yacht is in excellent condition and is loaded with electronics and other extras. She has twin 660 Catapillar engines with a max speed of 28 with low hours (780), these are 2002 engines. New Flat screen TVs, New canvas, New bedding, top-of-the-line GPS, trim tab indicators, riser, A/C motors (5 A/C’s). Hull and topsides were waxed resently, fuel tanks have been cleaned, oil changed/serviced (9/2010). New satellite tv system and upgaded GPS (10/2007). Power sunroof, 2 large state rooms, 2 full heads with marble floors, outside grill, sink and wine cooler, beautiful galley with Corian 4 burner stove and sub zero refrigerator/freezer. Walking through the yacht from the stern, there is plenty of outside seating, a large grill, and a wine cooler. Coming through the very secure double glass doors, you are greeted by a large wrap-around sofa, table and the large comfortable blue leather cockpit. Included are Raymarine autopilot with remote, bowthrusters, radar arch and a C120 GPS. Walking down is a beautiful galley with first-class cabinets and counter tops. The galley just sparkles and has incredible storage. The microwave has a convection oven. There is a large wrap-around couch just off of the galley. There is a ton of storage everywhere. There are four flat screen tvs and everyone of them has a DVD. There are 2 stereos with CD. Walking forward is the master stateroom with gorgeous bedding and a head with marble floors, corian sinks, and a full-size shower. Just aft is another master stateroom also wth gorgeous new bedding and a head with marble floors, full-size shower. This yacht definitely feels like a luxury condominium and not a yacht and the owners have been living aboard very comfortably. There are dimmer switches throughout which the owners have installed. The ceilings are high everywhere and the closets in the master staterooms are cedar lined and huge (total of 3 huge closets). black ceramic dishes, acrylic glasses, Wolfgang Puck designed pots and pans.
