Relentless is a meticulously maintained and professionally optimized 1D35. Relentless underwent extensive modifications and upgrades for the 2009 TransPac and is turn-key for offshore distance racing, as well being a blast around the buoys. Relentless is unlike any other 1D35 out there in its offshore preparedness. This boat is 2011 TransPac ready!!!   The 1D35 is a strict one-design class featuring a lightweight, planning hull.  Designed by the design team of Bruce Nelson and Bruce Marek, the 1D35 is raced with different spinnaker for buoy racing and an asymmetrical spinnaker for open water.  Relentless features an innovative carbon-fiber mast and a 100% jib and is easily trailed and often dry-sailed.  An adjustable headstay rig with no backstay offers direct yet efficient control.
