Tiha particular example of the Oceanis 473 Clipper has a convertible owner´s cabin, a 3/4 cabin layout. Teak deck, tender with outboard, safety equipment complete 25 miles after Spanish legislation, liferaft, radio EPIRB, Bimini, mainsail in lazy jacks, new from 2007, VHF DSC, all electronics new from 2008 Raymarine, plotter B&G.   The requirements for the Océanis Clipper 473 layout are functionality, design, and overall, to make life easy.
