Designed by Alan Warwick and built by Salthouse Marine in New Zealand, ‘Shatoosh 2’ has been racing and cruising extensively in south east asia for the last 9 years. To be both competitive when racing yet comfortable when cruising was the design brief from the owner and he has been very pleased with the result. A centre cockpit yacht built from glass composite with a carbon fiber rig with in boom furling main and self tacking headsail. The rig is controlled by electric Harken winches and hydraulics for the vang, backstay and traveler. She is a 3 cabin boat with master cabin aft with a guest double and twin fwd.
