The owners had this boat custom built by Compass. They extended the 55′ Compass cockpit by 30″ and reconfigured it for sportfishing by extending the combing on the sides and back, adding an integral combing bait tank centerline aft, adding scuppers instead of drains, two insulated fish boxes (one a freezer) in deck, adding bait prep and tackle center, enlarged lazarette hatch & made watertight, repositioned & enlarged engine room access. Fuel capacity was increased to 1300 gallons. Many other custom features, such as full height rails running from cockpit to bow, were added for safety and comfort. The owner fully equipped the boat with upgraded engines, generator, electronics, stabilizers, bow thruster, air, watermaker, 11′ Rib Dinghy, and more. The interior features a salon with comfortable seating and a full entertainment center. Up three steps to the galley which is open to the helm station and dinette. To port and down are the full beam master stateroom and two guest staterooms.
