“Deja Too” Is 40 feet long and 23 feet wide Simpson design built out of fibreglass with foam core, she weighs in at 6 tons bare weight. This proven offshore design has been cruising in Mexico having sailed from Vancouver to the Sea of Cortez.
Engine power is provided by twin Yamaha 9.9 4-stroke long-shaft outboards, mounted on brackets that can be raised when the engines are not in use. The engines are high thrust and move the boat efficiently at 7.5 knots.
Sailing power comes from a fractional rig on a 58 foot aluminum mast – fully roached main (520 sq ft) and 3 headsails – Screecher, Jib and Stay Sail.

Deja Too has mechanical chain/ cable drive steering, driven from a weather protected helm station. Sail-handling lines lead back to the cockpit. The main sail lines lead to an electric 48 Harkin winch at the the helm station.

Electrical power is provided by three 100-watt solar panels fedding a 450 watt bank of deep cycle batteries.

Water capacity is 180 gallons – 90 per side.

Deja Too has two queen cabins, one single berth in the office cabin, 2 heads. The galley and salon/ dinette are on the bridgedeck.
