—UPDATE— MY Amorzinho has been ‘renewed’ and refitted with New engines (MAN) Generator Compressors Pumps Compressors Batteries Desalinator Etc etc. The design and layout is excellent. All of the living space is on deck level, either open air or under the fully retractable canopy. There is space for five adults to dine in comfort. The bar provides a useful asset, both for guests to enjoy and also for a Captain to use as a natural base when he/she is standing by to serve the guests. Behind the bar is a well equipped galley with ceramic electric hob and electric oven. A second L shaped seating area with a varnished wooden coffee table provides another space for enjoying champagne and canapés! Inside a varnished teak locker there is a LCD TV/DVD, and a tuner/CD with a ‘CD changer’ unit. There is sun bathing space aft and on the foredeck. The helm position is comfortable for navigation, and also good for maneuvering with excellent visibility. It is easy enough to bring the boat into port single handed. The instruments include a GPS plotter, radar, autopilot, speed and depth. There is a hydraulically opening garage at the stern, with a crane to help maneuver the tender in and out. There is also a hydraulically retractable swim platform (with teak lattice) which extends to increase the length of the yacht to about 61 feet, and there is a large ‘user-friendly’ swim ladder which slots into it. The three guest cabins provide comfortable accommodation. The master cabin has a generous bathroom, excellent storage, and an LCD TV screen. The two twin cabins both have en-suite bathrooms. The crew cabin is aft of the guest accommodation, separating it from the engine room. It is a generous size for the Captain, being the full width of the boat and having a good size en-suite bathroom.
