Myacht Luxury Houseboat  Year:  2002           Size: 43’x13’   45’ w/swim platforms Want a Lake Home, ready to use upon arrival to the dock? All aluminum construction:  Including walls, floor joist, decking and chambered pontoons.  No yearly bottom painting required.  Pull up to any beach, no having to anchor out. Motor:  (Factory upgrade) Mercury 4-stroke, fuel  injected 115 hp, heavy duty Big Foot lower leg, includes tilt and trim at both helms, stainless propeller and a tilt control on the motor itself. The motor has very low hours of usage.  I just changed the oil, filters and plugs.  Note – this motor is very quiet, you have to look at the tachometer to see it running, starts at just a touch of the key. Fuel tanks:  The boat has two 50 gal tanks built into the pontoons, one on each side,  with fuel gauges at the lower helm.  There is a switch in the rear battery compartment to change which tank you wish to draw from.  Requires regular 87 octain fuel,  no oil to mix. Batteries:  Brand new starting battery and also a new top of the line house battery.  Both purchased about a month ago.  New onboard charging system / inverter was installed this last fall. This yacht offers 2 captains helms, one inside and one up top on the fly bridge. Inside Helm:  Includes the following-  Large Garmin color sonar, GPS showing your course and speed on the lake, lighted compass, VHF radio, intercom to top deck, 2 gas gauges, tachometer, 12 volt accessory plug, remote spotlight controls, tilt and trim gauge, exterior  running and anchor light controls, horn button, remote start and shut off of the generator and a décor matched captains chair. Upper fly bridge helm:  Over 20k factory option.  Includes the following:  Tilt and trim controls with a gauge, tachometer, stereo for the party deck with 4 new JBL speakers, MP3 input jack is on the head unit,  2 Klipsch high powered speakers, 2 -15” subs in box and a JL 6 channel marine amp.  lighted compass, intercom to main cabin helm, VHF radio, horn button and nice white vinyl captains chair, swivels and has arm rest.  Note: this fly bridge is an $18,000 option from the factory. Safety Controls:  This is a neat feature.  If you are driving up top, the bottom controls in the cabin are TURNED OFF making it impossible for a child to grab the steering or throttle.  Same goes if you are driving below, the top helm is SHUT OFF. Steering, Throttle and Shift Controls:  You have never felt a throttle or shift control like this boat has, all electronic, no cables, little or no resistance on the control, move it with your pinky.  Power hydraulic steering, steers like a dream. Entertainment:  The boat has a 27” Plasma True Flat screen color TV with remote.  This TV is hooked up to the marine antenna / receiver which has a signal booster also.  The TV is also hooked up to 2 DVD players, one of which is a new DIV X player which plays the disc with several movies on one disc .  The inside sound system also has a 300 disc CD changer, AM / FM,  Sony receiver. Sound from the TV goes thru an amplifier to various upgraded new speakers in the cabin, giving off a nice powerful theater surround sound effect.  The bedroom has an area above the closet that is made for a 2nd TV if desired, there is a connection there for the antenna also, but my wife says NO to a TV in the bedroom,  but I do have one w/DVD available if desired, we placed an osolatin
