This is a classic Down East cruiser built in 2002. Freshwater cooled Volvo Diesel. She was constructed in Canada by Mazerolle Boat builders of tamarack wood strips, nailed edge wise and into the frames with stainless fastenings. Strips are usually glued on the edges before fastening to each other. It makes a very strong sheathing. Hull is finished in paint only. Superstructure and decks are fiberglass over plywood. She is very well equipped with Raytheon digital Fishfinder/Depth, 10″ LCD GPS/Chartplotter, Suunto 7″ Compass, V-Berth forward, Dinette converts to a double, pilothouse, and an enclosed marine head.
