She is superb and well looked after with everything included.

The owner is a very good mechanical engineer who has made several sensible modifications to the boat.

This boat has everything but Air Conditioning (not found necessary due to the though saloon window venting) it has many extras, to long to list,

She has been re-engineered by the owner and has had a superb sailing history and is ready for any trail or even ready for an Atlantic crossing.

This Belize has recently been re-upholstered throughout, new cockpit cushions and a new wireless remote for the anchor windlass.
