This Belize 43, owner’s version is like a dream come true for someone looking for a comfortable,  fully equipped catamaran that is simply in impeccable condition at an affordable price! I have personally visited the boat and have met the current owners a couple times which gave me a clear idea of the boat and her past. She was ordered new by her current owners, has been used only privately  and has been maintained by a professional skipper. Since Belize 43s are very popular boats and are being used for charter most of the time, it is very hard to come by such a boat.   Her low engine hours (only 2100 hours)  tell us how lightly she has been used. It is  possible to understand that she was equipped to the highest standards of an owner’s version boat with a Mastervolt generator, watermaker, air-con, a big dinghy with a 40 HP Yanaha outboard just to name a few…But it is almost impossible to expect such a sparkling hull and interior when a boat is 2003 model like Aurora.    The owner has upgraded to a much larger cat, so he is motivated to sell this beautiful cat and has listed her with us with such a reasonable price. Please compare the prices in the market and you will see that she is not so much different than a harshly used charter boat, but  is in SUPERB condition.
