Owner version Belize 43’s are highly sought after, and we are really excited to list Cat Can Do for sale. We sold her to her current owner several years ago, and since that time he has kept her in the charter program at CYOA charters in St. Thomas. She was orginally set up for personal voyaging, however, so she is a true owners version and has gen, air, and also a watermaker (although the watermaker has not been used for five years, so it would be due for a new membrane and service). Her engine hours remain under 3,500 or so, and just a few months back she was given a brand new Fisher Panda genset, which cost over $11,000. She has been well maintained and is well equipped. While she of course shows some of the signs of use in charter, she shows considerably better than the typical hard-driven charter boat. What is most ideal is that she is a true owner version and has the very costly gen, air, and watermaker installed, meaning that she would be a great owner version boat for a personal voyager who cannot afford to spend over $300,000 for a boat of this size, in this configuration, and with this costly extra equipment.
