Main Engines   2 X MTU 12V 4000 M90 2.040 KW. 2100 rpm (1.034 hours) W3 and W4 services accord to the maintenance schedule from MTU. ECU on STB Engine was replaced. All cylinders and piston heads were checked properly with an endoscope camera.   Transmission   2 X ZF BW 4650 A3 and A4 services accord to the maintenance system from ZF. Complete inspection of the clutch discs and the teeth of the gears with an endoscope.   Generators   2 X KOHLER 33 CFOZ 33 KW 380 V/50 HZ 3 PH Complete service accord with Kohler in relation with John Deere engines. Replace of all diodes in port one.   Propulsion   2 X KAMEWA Water Jets 63 S II Complete and absolute service and inspection of ALL parts with full replacement as Rolls Royce and ABS required.   Exhausts   Original exhaust made just of steel were replaced with a new custom ones built in stainless steel (INOX 316) .   Engine Room     Alfa Laval (Fuel purifier) has been serviced. Oil changed and disks cleaned. All the neon lights have been changed. Brackets included. Cathelco. The anodes are new. All seacock valves were serviced and operated. Electric battery charged for both generators were replaced. Motherboard, chip and pump of the Besenzoni gangway were replaced. New fire sensors were installed. Water-maker. It has been fully serviced. O rings, all stainless tops, and one membrane changed. AC/DC isolation fully verified. All the ventilation system is new. Intakes are over the deck line. The Down flooding angle is bigger. The yacht is pretty much safer.
