The price of this vessell has been reduced by £10,000 for the next two weeks only.  Interior : From the stern enter the wheelhouse with fridge and freezer to port.  Helm position with hydraulic steering and storage.  Steps lead down to an open plan interior with fixed single bed/settee  to starboard.  The Galley is to port with plenty of work surface and storage and an induction hob with a folding table opposite.  The bathroom is to starboard with self closing doors, there is a large shower, pump out toilet and vanity unit with Jacuzzi basin.  The saloon area is large with a Heales convertible settee, TV cupboard with satellite box and dish.  There are large sliding glass patio doors to the bow which also have solid closing doors.  These lead out onto a large bow deck.  The flooring is solid oak throughout. There are three roof lights through the boat that have inbuilt insect nets and / or blinds that can pull over, this applies to the windows as well.   Comments : This is a gas free boat with a contemporary open plan fit out which is light and airy and the windows are all double glazed.  The 10 kva generator provides 240v and there is a 2500 Victron inverter.  Heating is by Webasto with an 120 ltr calorifier.  The boat was last blacked in October 2010 and there is a Boat Safety Certificate to May 2013.  The engine will be serviced prior to sale. Engine hours under 200hrs. The hull is ‘V’ shaped making it move through the water easier.
