2006 36′ Coast   “RIKI TIKI TAVI” is one very special, custom built vessel, based on the well known and respected Grahame H. Shannon Coast 34.  Building plans were modified and the hull was extended to 36′ and is the full keel version.  The interior was redesigned by the builder to enhance liveaboard comfort and her cockpit was modified to reflect offshore safety needs.  A 2006 survey, prior to her launch, reported that she was “finished to a high standard by a fastidious builder/owner.  Quality of construction practice and finish rates with that of high quality yards.” We invite you to come aboard “Riki Tiki Tavi” and marvel at the African Mahogany woodwork complimented by a gorgeous Bamboo cabin sole.  The vessel owner/builder, an engineer, designed all major components to have ready access for repair or removal.  The “how to” manual is a delight to read.
