The owner of the boat bought the hull+superstructure at 2004 when the Wauquiez factory closed and completed it himself according to German Lloyd rules.  Anyway he has several yachts and lost his interest on sailing boat and decided to sell it.   “Teak is in good condition, it just needs a bit of attention. One or two windows need to be replaced and all of the rope work.  Sails are OK, they just need to be thoroughly cleaned of stains caused by smog and rainfall. The boat needs to be hauled out, underwater part thoroughly cleaned and antifouling renewed. At the same time the bow thruster needs attention since one side is blocked. Inside the boat is beautifully arranged and equipped with so many extras I will probably never see in any boat again. It makes a perfect live-aboard except that the volume of the water tank is a bit low (350 liters only). At the time of our visit the tank was completely empty and we were unable to test the functionality of the taps and showers. She has so many inboard extras as no other boat in her class and despite she is reasonably priced. The hull was in fact produced by Wauquiez.  There is no divider of the front window (it is monobloc) however there is still vertical holder of the saloon roof. There are some cracks in the construction of the upper deck  and slight displacement of the roof under tension. To use her as a sailboat in heavy weather, the upper structure needs to be reinforced.   ”   Call the listing broker for more information
