An outstanding all-round yacht, with sporty lines and good 9/10 knot performance under sail.   Comfortable and well designed with a relatively traditional interior that will appeal to sailors that are moving up from a smaller size and looking for a familiar but bigger living space.  The galley is seperated from the saloon but communicates with it via a hatch, so the cook is able to chat with the others.  The cabins are of a good size, and all have en-suite showers and facilities.  One of the aft cabins has an electric head and the other has a manual head (which is the one to use when underway and heeling).  Storage is abundant, and the inside dining table seats up to 10.  The chart table doubles as a desk big enough for two people, and has two swivel chairs.  The interior is a combination of mid-hue varnished wood (neither light nor dark), and the cieling is trimmed with beautiful off-white leatherwork.   On deck there is a comfortable cockpit with a table that rises up hydraulically from it’s stowed position flush with the teak deck, and then folds out.  There is also a fabulous sun bathing pad at the aft of the yacht, which opens up hydraulically to reveal a cavernous lazzarette storage area that is home to sails, lines, fenders and whatever else you might wish to carry.  There is also a swim platform that opens hydralically, and a sturdy stainless steel swim ladder can be attached to it. The sailing performance is impressive with twin carbon wheels, and winches that are all within easy reach of the helm positions, so she can be sailed short handed or even single handed.  The furling headsail has an electric furling mechanism, but requires no rigging change to switch to a twin luff-groove for racing.  The winches are also electric two-speed.  A joy to sail, and also fitted out to trans-Atlantic specifications.  The same Captain has been on board since well before the yacht was delivered by the shipyard (he supervised the build), and he has taken the yacht accross the Atlantic on two seperate occassions (2007 and 2008) as part of the ARC.  His care for the yacht extended to covering all of the interior wood surfaces with bubble wrap, so as to prevent bumps or scratches to the wood during the crossings, and the result is a yacht that still looks like new.   The quality is not reflected in the price – this is a bank repossession and is priced for a very quick sale.  Finance may be offered to UK nationals subject to approval.  Berth in Antibes available by seperate negotiation.  Some items of the inventory are also offered by seperate negotiation with the Captain, including a tender and Bose sound system.
