“Billaroo” is a high quality, custom built catamaran by Jarken.  Constructed in solid GRP, Billaroo is in immaculate condition and ready to go anywhere.  One of the best engineered power catamarans we have seen for many years.  Powered by twin Steyr 212 hp diesel engines (turbo charged – 200 hours only) with shaft drive, offering a very economical cruising speed of 12 – 15 knots, consuming only 9 litres per hour (combined).  If you want to cover the distance quickly, Billaroo offers a top speed of 20 knots.   Billaroo was commissioned by it’s “one owner” for live aboard, long range cruising.  The interior plan is open with a large functional galley, separate dining area, with 3 double cabins (one extraordinary large owners cabin with ensuite bathroom), chart table, main deck helm station with 180 degree sea views.  The volume in the interior of this vessel is the equivalent volume you would expect in a 55ft mono hull.  Great storage, large, protected cockpit with every option required for long range cruising.  This vessel is also able to sit on her keels (beachable) avoiding damage to the rudders, shafts and propellers.    In summary, Billaroo is fitted with air conditioning, genset, solar, water maker, fridges, freezers, washing machine, autopilot, radar, BBQ, tender and much more.    Please do not hesitate to contact the team at Multihull Solutions for further information.
