We’ve maintained the traditional downeast style and beautiful look with this model. We’ve added a molded inner liner that greatly enhances the appearance. The large molded v-berths offer seating for six and an ample storage area. V-Berth cushions are standard. The hull maintains a soft chine and relatively flat bottom aft. These features allow for a soft, smooth ride with a lot less horsepower than a typical boat of this size. Unbelievably smooth and quiet over the water, the 248 handles like a smaller sport boat.
