The new Island Packet 465 is a replacement for the 445 and will be available in the 2008 model. It overall length of 48′ 9″ allocates the space more toward the traditional Island Packet Cruising design with additional storage and deck space for extended voyaging. Her 460 square feet of storage capacity is an additional 35 square feet to meet your cruising needs. The Island Packedt 465’s mainsail has an increased sail area due to a longer boom and adds to the recent successes of the IP owners in offshore racing. The first IP-465 should be ready for the September boat show period.
