It is hand laid with an extreme performance laminate schedule including VIPEL® Epoxy-Based Vinyl Ester Resin, 100 % Kevlar® and a Vacuum-Bagged Core Cell® PVC Foam. The hull contains four 5” wide massive solid fiberglass stringers which run bow to stern creating the “backbone” of the Billfish 39.
