Notes on this specification: The Atlantic 47 can be tailored to meet the requirements of the owner. However, in an effort to present representative pricing the specifications outlined below detail the A47 in a typical configuration. Pricing is given as of April 2011 and is expected to remain constant for 30 days or longer. Prices are not guaranteed until a construction contract is signed.   Construction: Hulls, decks, bulkheads and pilothouse are constructed from vacuum bagged BASF Palatal A430 Epoxy-Vinylester resin and high performance glass laminate cored with PVC foam. All exterior surfaces are spray painted with Alexseal (TM) linear polyurethane coating.   Interior joinerwork and floorboards are cored panels to provide rigidity at low weight.   Propulsion and Steering Twin Yanmar 3YM-30 (30 HP) diesel saildrive engines Dual instrument panels with tachometer and engine monitoring gauges and alarms. Primary and secondary fuel filters. Dual “ZF Micro Commander” electronic single lever engine controls mounted at both the cockpit helm station and pilothouse inside helm. Flex-O-Fold Bronze geared folding propellers Rudder blades are fiberglass composite, high performance hydrofoil section with solid rudder stocks turning in low friction bushings.   Mast and Booms Clear anodized aluminum mast, main boom, jib boom, forward crossbeam and compression beam from King Composites. Mast, deck stepped with two sets of diamonds over single spreader. Masthead light, masthead VHF, wind instruments All halyards and reefing lines are led to cockpit.
