The Frisco Flyer, as it is best known, but first produced as the Offshore 25, then later renamed by a San Fransisco broker Pacific Clipper, is a Cheoy Lee modification to the Tord Sunden 1942 Folk Boat design. Between 1957 and 1970 Cheoy Lee produced 133 hulls in three versions, version one was built in teak and version two switched to fiberglass. Version three had standing headroom. Willie B is from the first version and is an all wooden boat, with a keel stepped mast, traditional Folkboat fractional rig and a cabin. Willie B is in excellent condition ? recently refurbished and finished bright. She has sleeping for 2 in a nicely finished cabin. She was in the water during the 2009 season and the inboard engine is reliable and works well. Fresh water only. Owner is moving into larger wooden boat.
