This 2001 commissioned Leopard 45 catamaran build by Robertson and Caine was voted Cruising Boat of the Year when the design was launched. She is powered by Twin 56hp Yanmar engines, which are overhauled in 2008. She accommodates four spacious private double berth staterooms, each with en suite shower and head. In July 2011 she has been renovated for 75,000 Euro; new rig, mast and running gear. Sails includes: fully battened mainsail, Furling Genoa, storm jib and a new parasailor. Navigation equipment includes GPS, Navtex, Autopilot etc. New wind generator, heating, dinghy and outboard. Full safety equipment with Epirb, liferaft etc. This multi hull was used for charter purpose only skippered by second owner. CE certificated and tax paid. She has been maintained and refitted regularly and is only for sale because current owner wants to buy a larger one.      Diese in 2001 gelieferte Leopard 45 Katamaran gebaut durch Robertson und Caine ist gewaehlt als Fahrtenyacht des Jahres, wenn das Design bekannt gemacht wurde. Sie wird angetrieben von zwei Yanmar Dieselmotoren mit je 56 PS welche in 2008 ueberholt sind. Sie bietet Platz fuer vier geraeumigen, privaten Doppelbett Kabinen, alle mit eigener Nasszelle mit Dusche und WC. Sie wurde im Juli 2011 für 75.000 Euro renoviert; neue Takelung, Mast und laufendes Gut. Segel umfassen: durchgelattetes Grosssegel, Rollref Genoa, Sturmfock und eine neue Parasailor. Navigationsausruestung umfasst GPS, Navtex, Autopilot usw.. Neue Windgenerator, Heizung, Beiboot und Aussenbordmotor. Komplette Sicherheitsausruestung mit Epirb, Rettungsinsel usw.. Dieses Mehrrumpfboot wurde verwendet als Charterboot mit nur dem Besitzer als Skipper. Das Schiff hat eine CE-Zertifizierung und die MwSt ist bezahlt. Sie ist gewartet und ist regelmaessig aktualisiert worden. Der Aktuell Besitzer verkauft weil er ein groesseren Schiff kaufen möchte.
