The cabin is very roomy as well.First thing you notice when you walk through the companionway is the absolute beautiful layout and high end materials that was used to build this vessel. It just says Luxury. With the Leather upholstery, high gloss wood finishes, upgraded counter tops, brand name electronics and appliances, and the spacious berths. It has power to the unite and will turn on. We were told that the unit needs to be sent to garmin for an upgrade to the Operating System.There had been a water leak from a rope locker that would migrate into the cabin carpet and has water stained the moulding around the master stateroom door. We tracked down the leak and resealed the anchor plate next to the bow. I have pics that I took on the disassembly and inspection and can have additional pics upon request of the cabin and hull. The carpets were steam cleaned and came up pretty good but if your fussy about such things we could arrange to have them replaced. There are some non-structural stress cracks in the gel around the cockpit and around the transom door. The bottom is clean but has a few areas that would require some gel on the edge of the lifting strakes where it has rubbed during loading off the trailer. Again we can arrange to have the gel repaired but the price will be effected accordingly. The boat is stored indoors and all major systems where checked and found to be in good working order before the boat was stored in the fall. It is best if you arrange a survey to determine overall condition of the boat yourself. This boat was the 3rd 48 EC produced from Fountain and I would rate it from a scale of 1-10 with a ten being a brand new boat I would call this one a solid 6.5 where most 05 models  and older don’t pass above a 5 due to salt water exposure.
