Built in Southern California,  these yachts are built on a hull developed through years of building commercial fishing boats and crabbers designed to withstand the worst conditions of Alaska and the Bering Sea.   Allseas Yachts was founded by Bernny Alls, an old timer in steel boats manufacturing. Benny began his career in boat building in 1975 and began building steel commercial fishing boats from 48′ to 100 ft in length. He trained his son, Tim Alls, to weld and the two of them were soon building some of the most rugged steel commercial boats on the market.   Their cliernts needed boatys that could endure the extreme weather of Alaska and the bearing Seas. Hulls needed to be tough enough to handle occasional rocks as well as large logs in the water.
